Cooking Directions:
In a very large soup pot heat up the oil over medium high heat. Combine the minced garlic, chopped onions, sliced bell peppers and cook them until they are soft, then add the meats. Stir constantly breaking up clumps, Once brown [about 15 minutes] Add in all the spices and herbs, mix well and cook for 2 minutes. Add in the remaining ingredients. Bring to a rolling boil, reduce heat to a low simmer and cook covered for 1 hour. Uncover and cook an additional 30 minutes. Stirring every 7 minutes. Top with optional Ingredients If desired.
