Cooking Directions:
In a large saucepan or frying pan, brown the ground beef along with the chopped onions and minced garlic. Drain. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a rolling boil. Reduce heat to low, simmer covered for 2 hours. Top with Optional ingredients. Left overs are well kept frozen for up to two months.
