2 Cans Tomato Paste
1 Cup Vegetable Broth

1 Teaspoon Ground Oregano
1/2 Teaspoon Fresh Coriander
1 1/2 Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper

Cooking Directions:
The first step is to heat the olive oil in a large skillet or frying pan. Once the oil is hot, brown the meat with the onions and garlic. Once brown add the beer, water, broth, chopped tomatoes and tomato paste. Mix well. Once mixed add all spices along with beans and peppers. Heat to a rolling boil, reduce heat to medium low and simmer for 1 hour and 45 minutes. You can also add the beans in at different times for a different texture to your dish.
