6 Medium Eggs, Beaten

3 Green Chile's, Chopped
1/2 Cup Cottage Cheese
1/4 Cup Sour Cream
1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 Cup Shredded Pepper Jack Cheese
1 Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper

Cooking Directions:
There are 2 ways of cooking this wonderful dish. Here are both. First is a casserole approach. Melt all butter in a square baking dish 8" x 8" now set aside. Combine all ingredients into a large mixing bowl and blend well. Pour all contents of bowl into the baking buttered baking dish and put into a preheated oven at 350 degrees. Bake for 35 minutes or until egg is cooked and center of dish is golden brown. Cut into 1 inch square pieces and serve hot. The other is a cookie approach. Spoon the mixture onto a sprayed cookie sheet, place in a preheated 350 oven and let them cook nearly 15 minutes plus or minus. Enjoy.
