Ingredients:
1 Tablespoon Canola Oil Or Sunflower Seed Oil
1 Large Onion, Chopped
5 Cloves Garlic, Minced
3 Tablespoons Hot Chili Powder
1 Tablespoon Fresh Ground Oregano
1/2 Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
1 Large Can Crushed Tomatoes
3 Large Tomatoes, Chopped
1 Can Dark Kidney Beans, Rinsed
1 Can Small White Beans, Rinsed
1 Can Black Beans, Rinsed
3-3 1/2 Cups Cold Water

Cooking Directions:
In a large skillet or frying pan saute the onions until soft in the oil. Once they look soft add the minced garlic and cook an additional 5 minutes over medium low heat. Add hot chili powder, cumin and cayenne and cook 1 minute on high heat. Stir in the canned and fresh chopped tomatoes, all beans, water and some fresh cracked pepper. Bring dish to a boil, reduce heat to a low simmer. Simmer stirring occasionally for 15 minutes.
