1 Package Dry Yeast
1 Cup Warm Water
1 Large Egg, Beaten
2 Tablespoons Butter, Or Margarine
4 Cups All Purpose Flour
1 Tablespoon Granulated Sugar
1 Teaspoon Salt
1 Clove Garlic, Minced
3 Fresh Jalapeno Peppers, Chopped
1 Cup Fresh Shredded Pepper Jack Cheese
4 Ounces Pimiento's, Chopped
1/3 Cup Onion, Chopped

Cooking Directions:
Allow the yeast to dissolve in a large bowl of warm water. Let stand for 6 minutes. Now in a large mixing bowl combine the dissolved yeast with the beaten egg and soft butter. Mix well until butter is melted. In a separate mixing dish combine 3 cups flour, sugar salt, and garlic salt. Now gingerly add the flour mix to the yeast mix little at a time. Use a electric mixer to beat on medium speed until smooth. Gently beat in the peppers, shredded cheese, chopped pimiento's, chopped onions and the remaining flour to form a nice dough consistency. Kneed doe on a floured surface for 1 minute. Place doe into a sprayed bread pan. Cover and allow to rise for in a drafty free place for 30 minutes. Place the loaf pan in a preheated oven at 375 degrees. Bake for 50 minutes. Once done remove from baking dish and allow to cool before cutting.
