1/2 Pound Ground Beef
1-2 Package Southwester Style Fries or Steak Wedges
1 Cup Chopped Onions
1 Teaspoon Chili Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
1 Teaspoon Ground Cumin
1 Can vegetarian Chili Or 1 1/2 Cups Homemade Chili
1/3 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1/3 Cup Shredded Pepper Jack Cheese
1/3 Cup Shredded American Cheese

Cooking Directions:
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees, place the french fries in the over for 20 minutes and prepare the rest. In a large skillet brown the ground beef in the hot oil along with the chopped onions, and spices. Once brown, drain off fat. In a sauce pan melt all the cheese together with the cream. Depending on how much cream you use will determine the thickness. More cream for thinner cheese or less cream for a thicker cheese topping. Place the chili in a pot and heat till hot. Once fries are done add them to a large platter and top the french fries with the chili, ground beef and top all that with the creamy cheese topping. Serve immediately.
