2 Can Kidney Beans, Drained, Rinsed
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
1 Large Onion, Chopped
1 Orange Bell Pepper, Chopped
1 Can Tomatoes
1 Can Hot Green Chili Peppers
2 Jalapeno Chile's, Seeded, Chopped
1 Can Tomato Sauce
2 Tablespoons Chili Powder
1 Teaspoon Salt
1 Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
Pinch Of Ground Cloves
Bay Leaf
Water
Sour Cream [Optional]

Cooking Directions:
In a large skillet or deep dish saucepan, brown the ground beef in the onions, chopped peppers in hot oil. Once brown add tomatoes, tomato sauce, minced jalapeno peppers and all herbs and spices. bring to a rolling boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer for 2 hours. Add in the beans half way thru simmering and also taste for additional seasonings.
