1 Pound Ground Beef
1 Pound Hot Peppered Italian Sausage
4 Tomatoes, Peeled
1 Package Hot Chili Seasoning
1 Package Regular Chili Seasoning
1 Large Yellow Onion, Chopped
1 Green Pepper, Roasted, Chopped
1 Hot Red Pepper, Roasted, Chopped
2 Habanero Peppers, Sliced
1 Can Red Kidney Beans
1 Can Kidney Beans
1 Tablespoon Red Flake Peppers
Sour Cream [Optional]

Cooking Directions:
In a large skillet combine the ground beef and sausage and brown. Drain off fat. Once drained add remaining ingredients and bring to a rolling boil. Reduce heat to medium low and simmer covered for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, mash up tomatoes with a fork while stirring occasionally. Let simmer uncovered for an additional 1hour and 30 minutes. Top with optional ingredients.
