Cooking Directions:
Brown the ground beef with onions and garlic in a large skillet with 1 tablespoon oil. Once browned add in the remaining ingredients blend well. Bring to a rolling boil, reduce heat to medium low and simmer uncovered for 2 hours or until the craw fish are tender. Top with optional ingredients.
