1 Cup Lard Or Shortening [Lard For Original Taste]
1 Large Onion, Chopped
5 Tablespoon Hot Chili Powder
2 Teaspoon Paprika
1 Teaspoon Fresh Cracked Pepper
1 Teaspoon Fresh Garlic Powder
1 Teaspoon Ground Cumin Powder
1 Teaspoon Allspice
1 Teaspoon Dried Ground Basil
1 Teaspoon Salt

Cooking Directions:
Now start by soaking the beef in water so it brakes up better. Drain the water off and brown the twice grounded beef with the onions and lard. Once brown, add in the remaining ingredients and some water if you think its necessary. Mix well, simmer on medium low heat for 2 hours and 30 minutes. Add more water if it looks to thick. Left overs stay well in freezer safe bags. When reheating Bring to a boil for at least 5 minutes. Ladile one spoonful over a hot dog with with some cheese or other optional toppings.
