Cooking Directions:
In a large skillet or frying pan heat oil till hot over medium high heat. Brown pork with onions and garlic. Once brown add the remaining ingredients, heat to a rolling boil, reduce heat to medium low and simmer for about 40 minutes. Serve with additional toppings if desired.
