1 Orange Bell Pepper, Sliced
2 Cans Red Kidney Beans, Drained, Rinsed

1/2 Cup Pumpkin Puree
1 Tablespoon Pumpkin Spice
1 Tablespoon Chili Powder
1 Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
1/4 Cup White Sugar

Cooking Directions:
In a large pot or soup pan on medium heat, brown the beef and drain off fat. Stir in the chopped onions and bell peppers and cook for 7 minutes. Sir in the beans, fresh tomato juice, diced tomatoes and pumpkin puree. Add in the pumpkin spice along with the other herb, spices and sugar. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer on medium low for 1 hour.
