2 Pounds Twice Ground Beef
1 Can Dark Red Kidney Beans, Rinsed, Drained
1 Can Light Red Kidney Beans, Rinsed, Drained
3 Cans Mexi Style Tomatoes
1 Jar Salsa
1 Small Onion, Chopped
1 Green Pepper, Chopped
3 Cloves Garlic, Minced
1 Heaping Tablespoon Honey
Sour Cream [Optional]
Shredded Cheese [Optional]
Chips [Optional]
Dumplings [Optional]

Cooking Directions:
Brown twice ground beef in a large skillet along with onions and garlic. Once brown drain off fat and add to a slow cooker. Add all beans, tomatoes, jar salsa and chopped peppers. Blend well. Cover and cook on the lowest setting for 10 hours or over night. Or cook on high setting for 6 hours. Serve with optional ingredients if desired.
