4 Green Sweet Peppers, Chopped
3 Ribs Celery, Chopped
1 Large Onion, Chopped
1 Large Can Stew Tomatoes
2 Tablespoon Hot Chili Powder
1 Package Chili Seasoning

Cooking Directions:
In a large pot saute the meat with the chopped onion, celery, peppers, garlic, salt and pepper. Add in remaining ingredients and cook over medium low heat for 2-3 hours. Or you can cook on a low camp flame. Stir often to prevent burning or sticking.
