1 1/4 Pounds Lean Ground Beef
5 1/2 Cups Cold Water
2 Pounds Beef Shoulder, Chopped
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
5 Cloves Garlic, Minced
2 Teaspoons fresh Crack Sea Salt
5 Tablespoons Chili Powder
1 Tablespoon Cayenne Pepper
1 Tablespoon Ground Cumin
1 Tablespoon Rice Vinegar
1 Tablespoon Fresh Red Pepper Flakes
4 Tablespoons Corn meal

Cooking Directions:
Place the ground beef into a large pot or saucepan with the water. Stir this pot well to incorporate the ground beef with the water. In a separate skillet brown the chopped beef shoulder in the hot oil seasoning on all sides during browning. Once brown add this to the pot with the ground beef and water. Now add in all the remaining ingredients minus the corn meal. Once the pot is heated thru, just before serving, slowly stir in the corn meal to thicken the soup. Keep adding the corn meal until you reach your desired thickness.
