1 Cup Green Peppers, Chopped
1/4 Cup Vegetable Oil
4 Tomatoes, Chopped
2 Cups Cooked Kidney Beans
2 Tablespoons Tomato Paste
1 Cup Turkey Stock
1 Tablespoon Chili Powder
1 Tablespoon Cayenne Pepper
1 Tablespoon Ground Cumin
1 Tablespoon Red Hot Pepper Flakes
1 Teaspoon Ground Dried Oregano
A Pinch Of Salt
4 Cups Shredded, Cooked Turkey
3 Teaspoons Sugar
Chopped Green Onions [Optional]

Cooking Directions:
In a large Saucepan cook the cut green peppers along with the onions on medium high heat, until golden, about 5 minutes. Add the minced garlic, cayenne and chili powder, ground cumin, hot pepper flakes and cook an additional 2 minutes. Add additional vegetable oil if to dry. Add in the remaining ingredients minus the sugar and salt. Bring mixture to a rolling boil, reduce heat, simmer cook uncovered for 1 hour. Salt to taste. Apply sugar to take away the acidic tomato taste. Top with optional ingredients if desired.
