4 Cups Cooked Shredded Chicken Breast
2 Teaspoons Olive Oil
2 Small Onions, Chopped
5 Cloves Garlic, Mined
3 Jalapeno Peppers, Minced
1 Can Chopped Green Peppers
1 Tablespoon Ground Cumin
1 Teaspoon Dried Ground Oregano
2 Teaspoons Cayenne Pepper
3 Can Chicken Stock
4 Cans White Beans, Drained, Rinsed
1 Cup Shredded Cheese, Your Favorite

Cooking Directions:
Heat oil in large skillet on medium low heat. Saute the onions and garlic for 5 minutes. Add in the minced jalapenos, green peppers and all herbs and spices. Cook for 3 minutes. Add all chicken stock, shredded chicken and beans. Simmer for 20 minutes uncovered, stirring occasionally. Remove skillet from stove top and mix in cheese until melted. Serve hot and enjoy.
